You will make an impact by...

1. Strategy development and programs design – Base on company’s culture, vision, business goals to develop and oversee professional education programs, workshops, seminars, and training sessions tailored to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and other relevant stakeholders.

2. Communication and teamwork - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, and market access, to align educational initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

3. Materials - Create educational materials, presentations, and online resources (align with digital marketing) to support training programs and product launches.

4. Key external stakeholders’ engagement - Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, professional societies, and industry associations to enhance educational offerings and align with industry trends.

5. Certification and branding - Lead the development of certification programs, continuing education credits to enhance the credibility and value of educational offerings. Promoting the value-selling branding in the industry.

6. Monitoring and Improvement - Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through metrics, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and continuously improve content and delivery methods based on results.

7. Patient-centric and team alignment - Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to identify educational needs and opportunities within target markets, and support customer engagement activities, such as workshops and symposia.

8. Compliance - Stay informed about industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to professional education and training, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

What you'll need (Required): 

- Bachelor's degree in a medical/marketing field required; advanced degree preferred. The background of Anesthesiologist and ICU doctor is a plus.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional education, training, or medical device industry roles.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and educational technology tools.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience working in a regulated environment, with knowledge of FDA regulations and other relevant standards.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Be fluent in English
