This position offers an opportunity to grow technically, develop talent, and build a strong team. As the **Senior Manager, Program Finance & Control,** you will be supporting a business with a strong backlog and significant growth projections.
We are searching for a leader to join the Mission Systems Finance PF&C team to support our Space Portfolio. We are looking for someone with strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills that enjoys working with a cross-functional environment. In this role, you would develop a team of analysts to provide program performance guidance through detailed analysis and business insight to assist and influence senior leadership business decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining complete accountability for program controls and Earned Value Management responsibilities.
**What You Will Do**
+ Develop talent through a collaborative assessment of current knowledge, skills and abilities and an actionable plan to achieve training, personal growth and opportunities
+ Establish individual development plans with quarterly reviews for each team member of the department
+ Participate in employee succession and job rotation strategy planning
+ Expand your network to improve the flow of critical information to all internal and external team members, ensuring it is timely and accurate
+ Partner with Program Management, Engineering and your business unit Controller
+ Engage and familiarize yourself with the other business leaders
+ Ensure Compliance with all required corporate, department and government policies and regulations (i.e. FAR, CAS, GAAP, DCMA, DCAA)
+ Familiarize yourself with the Earned Value System Description
+ Lead and integrate Value Stream sales forecast / Annual Operating Plan / Long Range Plan, and cash collections
+ Provide insight and advice on proposals / negotiations
+ Monitor program margin positions are current, accurate, and consistent with program status
+ Maximize Performance of our current departmental processes by mapping, monitoring and reviewing annually for enhancements
+ Travel up to 10% when required.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience **_or_** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
+ Experience in program controls and EVMS
+ Experience leading large teams
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ BS degree. Business Management or Finance preferred.
+ Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
+ Experience with SAP
+ Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
+ Knowledge of the FAR desired
+ Proficiency in managing portfolio of projects.
+ Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
