Senior Manager, Program Management - Go To Market Enablement, Marketplace
Position Summary...We’re looking for a Senior Manager of GTM Launch Enablement to drive the successful launch of seller-facing products and programs. This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end launch readiness by collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying the right level of rigor pre-launch, and creating compelling messaging and awareness for sellers. About the team

The Walmart Marketplace business is part of Walmart’s ecommerce portfolio and is one of the fastest growing and most profitable business units. The Walmart Marketplace is in its 5th year and has seen tremendous growth in the past year. This growth combined with the industry ecommerce and customer dynamics has made Walmart Marketplace a highly strategic priority for Walmart for the next 5 years. The GTM Ops team is at the core of the Marketplace business, developing strategies, processes, and governance to accelerate seller and customer experiences while driving marketplace growth through the launch and adoption of key capabilities and programs.

What you'll do...Develop strategic GTM plans of high-performing offerings: Build holistic and standardized GTM plans to ensure end-to-end readiness prior to launching products and program offerings to sellers and customersPMO and governance: Work across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of critical milestones as well as drive governance stage gates with executives and leadership teams to ensure launch rigorRemove roadblocks and implement change: Lean in and help remove roadblocks by driving cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders (including engineering, business, product, and partner teams). Identify inefficiencies and continuously drive best practices across the orgDrive executive and cross-functional alignment: Enable executive and cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions by delivering effective data-driven narratives and solutions to strike a balance between speed and scaleDrive continuous transformation and organizational change: Identify and proactively take ownership of building processes, best practices, and artifacts to continuously improve GTM outcomes. Take ownership of driving change within the GTM team and in the broader marketplace organization to educate on best practices and ultimately improve the seller and customer experience on the Walmart platformBuild effective teams: Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, establishing performance expectations, and conducting regular performance evaluations; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.

Minimum Qualifications...
