Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Program Management
In this role, The Program Manager will lead and oversee the implementation and ongoing management of indirect procurement initiatives across multiple categories, ensuring operational excellence and value creation. This role is a key liaison between stakeholders, service providers, and internal teams to drive program success and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies to optimize indirect procurement outsourcing operations, including transition plans, governance frameworks, and performance metrics tracking systems.
· Lead the end-to-end management of outsourcing relationships, including contract management, service level agreement monitoring, and performance optimization across multiple procurement categories and geographies.
· Establish and maintain robust governance structures, including steering committees, operational reviews, and escalation protocols to ensure program effectiveness and stakeholder alignment.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance data, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings.
· Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including service providers, business unit leaders, and procurement teams to ensure program success and alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
· 7 years of experience in procurement, program management, or related field
· Proven track record of managing large-scale outsourcing programs or transformation initiatives
· Strong understanding of procurement processes, systems, and best practices
· Excellence in stakeholder management and communication across all organizational levels
· Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
· Demonstrated experience in vendor management and contract administration
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
· 10 years of experience in indirect procurement with focus on category management
· Experience with procurement systems implementation and optimization
· International business experience and understanding of global procurement practices
· Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
· Advanced knowledge of procurement analytics and reporting tools
· Experience in change management and organizational transformation
· Multi-lingual capabilities, particularly in major business languages
"The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity."
