JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Manages project controls and supports the project team in the development and execution of capital projects to support the Path to the Premier Utility. Provides SME expertise to other Business Units from initial project development through project completion relating to items that impact the cost or performance of a project, generally relating to the integration of both the technical and commercial aspects of a project. Works closely with Business Unit contractor project control representatives to achieve capital project objectives. Ensure that the project when complete, will meet the financial and technical performance requirements outlined for the project. Continual development and training of project team members to ensure innovation and continuous improvement. Promotes safe behavior and adherence to the safety rules on the project.

Minimum experience required of the position
15+ years plus capital project development and management experience. Large, complex, utility capital project experience essential. 5+ years of experience in the management and control of large, complex utility capital projects with an EPC or Engineering firm is desired. 5+ years of Experience of project controls implemented on projects executed under various types of contract agreements including EPC. Both contractor and owner construction project controls experience.
