SALARY: $120,000-$142,500, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:  

Anheuser-Busch is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join draftLine, the company’s in-house creative agency. This person will work closely with the creative team to manage priorities and ensure we are working as efficiently as possible in order to create the best work for our brands. We’re looking for a highly creative problem solver, who is able to work in a fast-paced pressured environment with the ability to take ownership of their work and demonstrate strong abilities to effectively communicate between multiple groups.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: 

Intake work requests from brand stakeholders ensuring asks are clear and come with the information necessary to brief the teamServe as the lead point of contact for the brand team across projectsAssign creative resources for each project and troubleshoot bandwidth conflictsManage workflow priorities for your team, and ensure they are clearly communicated and adhered toBuild master timelines for each project considering all phases, contingencies and dependenciesTrack budget expenses.Set review schedules and meeting cadenceInput and manage all necessary information in project management softwareCoordinate file hand-off to third party vendorsRecord, interpret and consolidate feedback from cross-functional teams, as needed.Conduct project close-outs and assess efficiencies to improve processesContribute to the overall improvement of DraftLine’s creative operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

4 yr bachelors degree is required5+ years of agency experience in a project management or account managementExperience managing 360 campaigns – digital, social, environmental, broadcastExperience using project management tools (experience in Workfront is a big plus)Knowledge of digital productionExcellent communication skillsAdaptable to different working stylesAbility to problem solve, motivate others and drive the processUnderstanding of different file types for a variety of deliverables
