**Job Overview**
TE Connectivity’s Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.

**What your background should look like:**
ROLE OBJECTIVE
Overview: The Project Management Officer responsible for migration projects and footprint projects governance, enable all projects visibility & execute projects successfully on time, on cost, on quality to meet customer and business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide Project Governance to footprint and migration projects, including standard, procedure, policy, methodologies, best practice, continuous improvement, project quality insurance, strategy alignment.
• Projects Portfolio Management, oversee budget, resource, risk, prioritization management
• Projects Performance Tracking & Reporting by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) within Project Management, regularly reporting progress to senior leadership and driving improvements.
• Manage big/high impact Footprint projects by driving cross functional team on scope, objective, budget, cost, schedule.
• Lead project study & business case assessment.
• Project execution & monitoring: schedule/task management, risk management, problem solving, change management, resource planning and coordination, training plan, receiving site qualification, production ramping, communication & reporting.
• Project deliverables management.
• Ensure project team are operating according to the migration project process.
• Regularly report out project status to cross functional leaders
**Education**
**EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE**
+ Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical field
+ Experience in cable or connector development is preferred
+ Project Management Certification is preferred
**Qualification:**
+ Minimum 5 years management experience, and 5 year project management experience
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, global results focused matrix environment
+ Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of the interdependencies across the cross-functional groups
+ High cross-cultural awareness, strong listening skills, an empowering style, and a commitment to performance/professional development.
+ Proficiency in standard reporting/presentation and data analysis tools
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a fluency in English
