Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Project Manager -Creative Services
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and portfolio management in the creative services and marcomm domain, including planning, delivery, client interaction, resource management, troubleshooting, and people management across onsite–offshore teams. Leads high-performing teams to deliver enterprise-level marketing and communication solutions on time and with quality, ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end project management in the creative services and marcomm domain, including project planning, delivery, client interaction, resource management, troubleshooting, operational governance, and people management.
Involved in portfolio, project, and client management, along with solutioning and execution of enterprise-level projects. Accountable for timely, high-quality deliveries and effective stakeholder communication.
Experienced in offshore–onsite and nearshore delivery models, managing large client engagements in co-sourced and managed service environments.
Leads high-performing teams, driving performance, development, and career aspirations.
Applies strong industry knowledge and best practices to enhance client outcomes and service quality.
Reviews team outputs, identifies process gaps or system deficiencies, and implements effective solutions.
Facilitates team and client meetings efficiently to ensure alignment and project success.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field / BFA
• Masters in Project Management or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Print/Creative Services Domain
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Knowledge in LD domain will be good to have
Knowledge in the AD Ops domain will be good to have
Portfolio if available will be preffered
