Senior Manager, QA / UAT - Asia Pacific (APACx)

Hilton’s Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China & Mongolia, APACx) Product & Technology team is responsible for creating hospitality experiences of the future that delights our guests, owners, and team members. Through human centric CX and technology strategy, planning, development, deployment, and continuous support, the regional team creates new digital experiences from concept to production. A successful candidate will help us drive digital localization and personalization forward, support our continued growth while remaining at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation.
 
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

\n\nOversee end-to-end testing – including but not limited to unit, integration, systems, regression, and performance testing.\nEnsure thorough test case creation and execution for each stage of the software development cycle\nLead and manage UAT planning and execution ensuring that business requirements are validated against actual product functionality\nFacilitate UAT sign-offs and ensure clear communication with stakeholder on the results and next steps\nAnalyze testing results and provide actional feedback to development teams for improvements\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product, business, tech, and vendors\nProvide regular status updates to senior management on quality metrics and testing progress\nEvaluate and select vendors based on factors such as price, quality and delivery speed\nManage and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and prevention of recurring issues\nAutomate testing wherever possible \nDevelop and implement best practices for QA and UAT processes across multiple projects and business units\n

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT 
You have these minimum qualifications:

\n\n7 years of professional experience in the technical field \n3 years of QA / UAT management experience\nCurrent experience working in technology project planning and delivery  \nStrong critical thinking skills and experience with agile / scrum methodologies\nStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing processes, and industry best practices\nKnowledge of API testing and performance testing\nExperience with test automation frameworks and tools\nProven track record of managing projects in an enterprise environment\nAbility to work with ambiguity and support concurrent projects \nAbility to conduct technical feasibility and size up technical effort in both man-day and complexity\nAbility to learn and apply new concepts and new technologies such as Generative AI \nFlexible to adapt role and responsibility to business needs\nTravel up to 15% \n\n
