Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Robot Framework Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in test automation, extensive experience with the Robot Framework, and a strong commitment to ensuring the highest quality of software products. As an Automation Test Engineer in the Veeva CRM space, you will play a crucial role in our quality assurance processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our project goals. What will you do in this role
Conducting thorough testing and validation of CRM applications to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product teams, to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
Designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using the Robot Framework and Selenium for Veeva CRM applications.
Writing and maintaining Python scripts for automation tasks, ensuring robust and scalable test processes.
Maintaining and continuously improving automated tests to ensure they remain effective and up to date with the latest application changes and requirements.
Providing detailed documentation and reports on testing activities, results, and any identified issues or defects.
Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.
Well-versed with all the phases of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) including defect logging and closure.
Researching and implementing industry best practices and new testing technologies to continuously improve our QA processes.
Maintaining comprehensive documentation of test cases, test execution logs, and defect logs.
Continuously exploring and implementing new tools and methodologies to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the testing processes.
What should you have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any Technology Stream.
8+ years of hands-on experience working as an Automation quality assurance engineer with a reputed company.
Proficiency in the Robot Framework and Selenium for automated testing.
Strong knowledge of Python for writing and maintaining automation scripts.
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with Veeva CRM applications.
Solid understanding of SDLC processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
Experience with testing methodology like Agile SCRUM and Waterfall.
These skills would be an advantage to have
Experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare domain.
Expertise in API testing to ensure integration reliability and performance.
Experience in mobile testing across various devices and platforms.
Understanding of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SQL (Structured Query Language).
Experience with test management tools like ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and JIRA XRAY.
Familiarity with AI Technologies such as GPT and Copilot.
