Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Resorts Marketing & Branding  will play a crucial role in driving the brand strategy and execution for City of Dreams Sri Lanka. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and media planning to ensure that the brand resonates with the target audience and achieves business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the overall business goals of City of Dreams Sri Lanka.Digital Marketing: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Media Planning: Collaborate with media agencies to develop effective media plans that reach the target audience and deliver measurable results.Brand Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.Brand Experience: Ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, from the website to the physical resort.Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of brand marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.  Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the hospitality or gaming industry but not requiredKnowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business).Knowledge in content management systems (CMS).
