A Day in the Life:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Implementation: Partner with regional retail leaders to deploy training programs, including new store openings, sales, service modules, and seasonal initiatives.Retail Excellence: Ensure consistent and exceptional client experiences across China.Coaching: Train retail managers and sales associates through hands-on observation, provide feedback, and conduct follow-up training.Development Plans: Develop and monitor midterm and long-term training plans based on business needs and employee development.Product Training: Collaborate with the buying team to deliver seasonal product training.Special Projects: Oversee projects which including partnering with Retail team to support Retail Management Trainee project; and also partnering with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to support business and talent development, focusing on RTW Ambassador and KOS.Budget Management: Regularly review and manage training budgets and costs.Reporting: Provide regular updates on training progress and prepare reports for management.Team Leadership: Lead and develop the training team to meet business needs.

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

6-8 years’ experience in training and development experienceStrong facilitation skillsLuxury retail experience & client facing role at retail setting is preferredExperience planning and managing both small and largescale training events, with flawless follow-through and executionHighly organized, with the ability to multitask and meet agreed deadlinesAbility to track and evaluate training effectivenessSelf-starter with a proactive approach to resolving problems and issuesAbility to work independently as well as in teamGood command of spoken & written English & Mandarin40-50% travel
