The Role & The Team
Druva is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, this role will be responsible for overseeing the monthly Revenue Accounting close process while ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and other relevant accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of revenue accounting principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA, or equivalent certification 8+ years of combined experience in industry and Big 4 public accounting Experience in the software or SaaS industry is a plus Technical accounting knowledge of ASC 606 Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative, and ability to work cross-functionally at all levels Must be a self-starter, team player, and able to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $162,000 and $227,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
