Role : 

 

As an Automation and Solutions Senior Manager, your primary objectives will be to lead the automation of repetitive and time-consuming processes, enhance data accuracy and consistency, and centralize best practices for incorporating automation into the operations and client services teams. 

This is not a remote position and will require reporting into either our San Bruno, CA or Hoboken, NJ office.

 

Responsibilities: 

Evaluate operational processes to determine if automation is suitable and define requirements in collaboration with operational stakeholders. 

Lead improvement and maintenance of existing processes and use appropriate strategy to drive process efficiency, ensuring continuous optimization and alignment with company goals and objectives.  

Conduct initial discovery work, map out operational processes, create reference material, and evaluate cost-effectiveness. 

Build the business case and problem statement for automation requirements. 

Collaborate with process improvement initiatives and cross functional teams to integrate automation into evolving processes. 

Conduct discovery, build wireframes, and design solutions for automation projects. 

Develop the end-to-end recommendations and requirements for billing ops automation, including discovery, solutioning, and implementation. 

Define best practices and documentation. 

Analyze intake requests for patterns that could be automated cost-effectively. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Proficiency in mapping out operational processes and creating reference material. 

Experience in solution design and implementation of automation projects. 

Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders 

Proven experience in automation and process improvement within a business operations setting. Ad Tech background preferred.

Proven track record of successfully resolving conflicts and negotiating solutions through effective communication 

Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate cost-effectiveness. 

Familiarity with billing automation and best practices documentation.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product, or a related technical field. 

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members. 

Demonstrated ability to actively listen and provide constructive feedback in a professional manner. 

Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and situations 

High attention to detail and commitment to excellence. 

Independent Self-Starter: Takes prompt, proactive action to accomplish work goals with limited oversight. 

Finds ways to continuously improve work quality and effectiveness.
