**What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Safety Training Curriculum**
+ Assess training needs by analyzing trends and consulting with the Dycom Safety Team, company leaders, and subsidiary safety & operational teams
+ Design, develop and standardize a training curriculum by identifying skill gaps, creating objectives, activities and documentation to coordinate the training enterprise wide
+ Contribute to the development and implementation of the enterprise academic strategic plan including developing new talent pipelines and seeking training grant opportunities
+ Develop and monitor the department budget for training costs and forecast future training needs
+ Serve as a subject matter expert to define learning objectives and design appropriate course content and training curriculum
+ Establish metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of all training programs whether developed in-house or via vendor and keep current on emerging trends in training and development
+ Determine the appropriate instructional methodology and format (classroom or LMS), evaluate vendor programs as appropriate and make recommendations to senior Safety leaders
+ Provide oversight in the development and implementation of training content in collaboration with the instructional design team
+ Drive the development and delivery of LMS based training to increase learning efficiency, tracking usage and providing support
+ Travel to subsidiary locations to develop, deliver and oversee critical training content
**What you’ll need**
+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Human Resources, Training and Development, related or equivalent experience required
+ 10+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing in person and online skills training
+ Experience developing and managing training curriculum
+ Expertise in managing & leading projects, interpreting data, building reports, and facilitating feedback
+ Strong level of communication skills to deliver clear, concise, and effective messages orally and in writing
+ Expert level knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Experience with Google Apps preferred
