About the Role
The Head of Recruitment, Onboarding and Deployment is responsible for Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, offer extension, onboarding & deployment of BPI AIA employees.Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, procedures, and tactics.Supervise the recruiting, onboarding, and deployment team and report on its performanceEvaluate and suggest the best applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing channels and other recruitment hiring initiativesForecast future hiring and deployment needsAdvise and calibrate with the hiring managers on interviewing guide and techniques.Work closely with senior recruiters to manage employee sourcing, interviewing, and orientation.Provide proper coaching, mentoring, and training activities to recruitment, onboarding, and deployment.Responsible for reports, budget allocation, forecasting and risk & compliance management.Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related courseWith at least 10 years of experience in people managementWith at least 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, volume and sales hiring positionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)Excellent presentation and reporting skills is a mustComputer savvyGeneral understanding ang knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.Excellent planning and organizing skillsWilling to be assigned in BPI-AIA Makati Head OfficeCan work in a fast-paced environmentEqual Opportunity
