Job Description

You will be part of the Curinos Home Lending Solutions Sales Team responsible for selling into both existing and prospective Clients. Measures of success include new client acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

 

Fully understand your assigned product offerings as the Subject Matter Expert level and its associated roadmapSolution selling into prospect account base including assistance in fully qualifying opportunities, input to opportunity strategy, solutions architecting, conducting value-based demonstrationsPartner with Sales Team to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cyclesCreate and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value propositionManage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responsesEffectively communicate Client needs and Market Opportunities for future product enhancementsCollect and document competitive intelligence and provide feedback to product, sales, and marketing functionsConduct industry webinars

Strong Home Equity and/or Mortgage Lending backgroundRobust book of business within Home Equity and/or Mortgage LendingProven work experience solutions salesProven track record selling more complex solutionsAbility to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executivesAbility to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand mannerSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation and creativity skillsWillingness to travelSalesForce CRM experience a plusPPE or LOS technological systems experience a plus

A total compensation package for this role will include a competitive Base Salary of $130,000 - $140,000 paired with a lucrative commission structure that is designed to reward exceptional performance.
