Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Head of Salesforce Domain. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and optimization of Salesforce platforms and capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Salesforce professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals, delivering innovative solutions, and enabling exceptional customer experiences.

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the Salesforce strategy to align with business objectives and digital transformation goals.Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, identifying opportunities for Salesforce to drive business growth and efficiency.Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce platform innovations, leveraging them to benefit the organization.

Operational Oversight

Oversee all Salesforce-related projects and initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.Develop and maintain a robust governance framework for Salesforce architecture, processes, and compliance.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce systems, adhering to internal and external regulatory standards.

Team Leadership

Build, guide, and mentor a collaborative Salesforce team, including developers, administrators, and analysts.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ongoing development within the team.Support professional growth through training, certifications, and career development opportunities for team members.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, and IT teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet organizational needs.Serve as a key contact between business stakeholders and the Salesforce team, translating business requirements into technical solutions.Build strong relationships with Salesforce representatives and external partners to maximize platform value.

Performance Management

Monitor and report on Salesforce system performance, adoption, and ROI to executive leadership.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Salesforce initiatives.Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize Salesforce usage and outcomes.

Innovation and Change Management

Promote the adoption of Salesforce across the organization, ensuring end-user engagement and satisfaction.Guide change management efforts for Salesforce-related projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.Explore and implement innovative Salesforce features, such as AI, automation, and analytics, to enhance business capabilities.

Key Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.Proven track record of managing Salesforce teams and large-scale implementations.Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.

Certifications:

Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Application Architect (highly preferred).

Skills:

Effective leadership and team management skills.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.Deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
