Introduction:
The Senior Manager, SAP Finance is a critical role to ensure the support, sustainment and growth of the SAP Capabilities at BeiGene. The candidate must have SAP Finance expertise as a core skillset with a strong understanding for the cross functional dependencies of other modules/processes into Finance. The SAP Finance Solutions Manager will manage, support and improve capabilities within SAP while engaging with various stakeholders globally for processes and integrations. A strong understanding of SAP FI is required with particular emphasis on the ability to hands on work in configuration, navigate & advise the end to end processes within Finance. Key areas of focus would be enabling entity core capabilities, intercompany reconciliation, tax code setup, AP, AR, statutory reporting and month end processes. This candidate would be developing/executing enhancing capabilities in partnership with business stakeholders and partner with other GTS solution managers handling all aspects of the solution lifecycle, business engagement and audit.
This role has a hybrid work pattern, 3 days in the office and 2 remote, and will be based out of our new office in the city center of Warsaw

As a SAP Solutions Senior Manager, you will gain exposure to a variety of enterprise solutions and business groups helping drive alignment of internal process with targeted solution initiatives. You will be:
Accountable for certain solution aspects, operational run and future improvementsLiasson with business and other solution managers to develop the appropriate roadmap of activities including operational support, minor/major changes and new implementations ensuring alignment back to the global blueprintFacilitate discussions on Finance processes, month end, intercompany reconciliation, data setup, and integrations, utilizing system capabilitiesHave strong hands on working knowledge of SAP Finance with specific expertise in General Ledger, Parallel ledgers, Currencies, AR, AP, Month End Processing, Intercompany Reconciliation, FX, Tax setup/reporting, Statutory Reporting and Fixed Assets.
