As the Senior Manager, SAP Plan to Deliver, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects related to logistics and supply chain management. You will lead a team of SAP professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Manage and execute SAP Plan to Deliver projects, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics execution. 

Lead and mentor a team of SAP analysts and consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. 

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. 

Ensure the alignment of SAP Plan to Deliver processes with overall business strategies and objectives. 

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape to enhance efficiency and productivity. 

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions. 

Provide expert knowledge and support for SAP Plan to Deliver modules, including SAP PP, MM, LE, TM and WM. 
 

Qualifications: 

 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing SAP Plan to Deliver projects. 

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team. 

Strong understanding of SAP PP, MM, LE, TM and WM modules and their integration with other SAP modules. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

PMP, SAP certification, or equivalent is highly desirable. 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

 

Experience working on large scale transformation programs as part of a cross functional team  

Proven experience in leading SAP Plan to Deliver work streams with a focus on Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail and Wholesale.
