DHL Express Hong Kong Limited is looking for an experienced security professional to oversee the security of its Hong Kong operations. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, you will lead a security team and be accountable for ensuring the company to be recognized as the benchmark for security excellence in logistics industry.

\n

Responsibilities:

\n\nDevelop, implement and monitor security policies, procedures and practices to safeguard DHL employees, customers’ shipments, company assets and information against loss, damage or incident\nAdvise Country management of any possible risks, threats or opportunities and provide feasible solutions\nLiaise closely with local, regional and global teams to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy and that all Country security policies are compatible and standardized\nFacilitate continuous review and improvement of process and infrastructure to ensure all security risks are minimized\nCollaborate with a variety of departments to manage a broad range of security activities in the areas of investigations in related to shipment processing, working practices, facility security, systems and equipment, etc. Ensure thorough and professional investigation that the causes of incidents are identified and appropriate measures are taken to minimize and prevent re-occurrence\nEnsure compliance with aviation/cargo security regulations and internal global/regional security policies and procedures \nWork closely with law enforcement, regulatory authorities as well as industry groups and represent the company at various levels at such meetings\nProvide security awareness training to all frontline operations staff\n\n

\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nUniversity graduate\nPost Graduate qualifications in a security or risk management related field would be an advantage.\nMinimum of 10 years experience in law enforcement/security profession of which at least five years at a supervisory level\nSolid experience in HKSAR disciplinary department and/or working experience in air express/logistics industries will be an advantage\nMembership of professional bodies such as the American Society for Industrial Security or Asia Crisis & Security Group\nHolder ofIATA/FIATA Dangerous Goods Regulations Certificatewould be an asset\nExcellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
