The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and Security System operational disciplines, process work-flows, resource and vendor management, with a leadership track record. This person must have the ability to operate successfully in a global landscape, with a focus on standardization and continual improvement of processes and long-term system support/upgrade cycles. The qualified candidate will report directly to the SVP, Global Physical Security and/or Sr Director of Systems & Technology. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide leadership and guidance to the regional security systems team. Responsible for all security systems related projects in region, to include new builds, retrofits, remodels, M&A integration, data center projects, etc. The scope includes assessment, cost estimation, planning, design, implementation overview, vendor tracking, KPIs, etc.  Manage partner/vendor relations globally to include developing Requests for Proposals (RFP) for global systems partners. Develop and Implement business plans to ensure continued optimal performance and excellent customer service  Partner with GPS functional leaders & peers to effectively drive implementation of programs.  Create and manage the regional Systems & Technology budget and financial business model, to include executive level reporting. Liaison with internal Oracle partners to achieve objectives, develop new programs and leverage resources for program and service delivery. Liaison with external industry resources (e.g. law enforcement, military, emergency responders, industry peers & associations, etc.)
