Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated SEO to chart a path forward for accelerating organic traffic growth for BoostMobile.com. As the Senior SEO Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the roadmap and execution of technical and on page SEO initiatives, with accountability toward aggressive growth goals. **Key Responsibilities:** + Measurement: Use SEO and web analytics platforms to identify opportunities to improve KPIs related to organic traffic, as well as new keyword opportunities, quality search impressions, position, and click through + Subject Matter Expert: Drive SEO strategy as BoostMobile’s SME for all things SEO. Work with cross-functional collaborators lending an SEO perspective to business and digital experience decision points + Technical: Drive the roadmap for technical SEO enhancements. Collaborate with digital product and IT teams. Advocate for SEO enhancements, making the business case for prioritization and ensure the requirements are captured and executed + On Page: Lead optimization efforts to site content adhering to SEO principles and best practices. Work with content and copy writing teams to ensure optimal page content throughout BoostMobile.com + Content Strategy: Identify keyword buildout and new web page/content opportunities and pursue the best actions to realize their potential **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline) + 5+ years of experience in managing and improving organic traffic growth experiences for digital businesses **Skills and Qualifications:** + Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices in wireless consumer services. + Experience with web analytics tools like Google Search Console and SEM Rush. + Proven ability to own and drive complex initiatives for organic growth. + Experience developing roadmaps and capabilities for SEO initiatives. + Success in ASO for customer apps in Apple and Google Stores. + Excellent analytical and communication skills for data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
