Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Development Manager to lead the entire ServiceNow development platform to create and manage best-in-class technical solutions in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Security Operations for our global corporate and store stakeholders. In addition, development experience and leadership excellence, skills in collaboration, prioritization, and communication will be critical.
Responsibilities Lead a highly talented technical ServiceNow team to plan, design, develop, test, and implement complex solutions. Leverage your knowledge and experience to ideate end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform for Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Discovery, Asset Management, CMDB, and Security Incident Response, etc. Build a trusted partnership with global process owners; collaborate with members of product teams to ensure successful, technically sound features enhancements. Ability to effectively assess and prioritize incoming platform work value based on reach, impact, complexity and effort. Evaluate system integration considerations to determine appropriate technology solutions. Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems. Create and lead presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts, and demonstrations to stakeholders and management. Support and empower team members to work in an Agile/Product way of working, assisting in management of velocity, estimation of stories, story assignment, and the leading of daily meetings and bi-weekly user group meetings. Ensure timely ServiceNow upgrade process to ensure no adverse impact to our stakeholders. Build optimal availability, high data quality, and high performance of the ServiceNow platform. Deliver best-in-class technical guidance, coaching, and feedback. Define and implement best practices with high levels of emotional intelligence. Provide active, hands-on leadership to ensure outcomes are met by the team. Own the product, the team, and the outcome. Foster improvement, guide and teach methodology, influence pride and quality. Create and share weekly status reports demonstrating team outcomes and accomplishments. Identify areas of improvement for the various team processes, provide solutions and see them through to completion. Repeat as necessary with a Continual Service Improvement (CSI) mindset. Create a safe space for engineering team members to experiment with technical solutions that may solve customer and/or organizational problems.Qualifications BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or other quantitative discipline. A minimum five years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform and in technology development, engineering, and product management. Experience directly leading a high-performing development team in a complex, dynamic environment, ServiceNow preferred. Sufficient ServiceNow technical experience to view and review code and workflow implementations. Architectural understanding of API integrations and micro-services approaches. Experience in: ServiceNow integrations, scripting languages, reporting and analytics, Agile development methodologies, performance tuning and optimization, and security and compliance. Thought leader in strategic direction of ServiceNow design, including alignment of ServiceNow future capability roadmaps with internal Foot Locker roadmaps and strategic plans. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and processes to stakeholders with varying levels of technological and process experience. Optimal teamwork and interpersonal skills to work well on cross-functional teams and at all levels of an organization. Experience in integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems including CI/CD & DevOps pipelines. Desirable skills include: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
Benefits
The annual base salary range is $150,000-$175,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
