Job DescriptionOwn the localisation and execution of the cluster’s Small and Medium Business strategy and Go To Market, partnering with key stakeholders including Head of Visa Commercial Solutions Business Development, Head of Cluster BD, and VCS HUB teams
Lead SMB activities with existing clients, supporting Account Executives, including:
Designing new client propositions or enhancements to existing propositions, including bringing together a ‘One Visa’ solution for SMBs e.g Tink, Visa Direct and Identify and own any cluster/market specific offers and partnerships
Work with AE and Visa Consulting & Analytics to support existing client growth, including driving visibility of migrations, client performance, and activation and optimisation opportunities
Drive SMB client account and strategic planning sessions
Work with AEs to ensuring SMB is included in all relevant cluster planning processes including VIK, IMD, MSO and AOP
Support BDs on new SMB client opportunities, including:
Reviewing client propositions/ proposals prepared by cluster BDs
Acting as an SMB subject matter expert in new client meetings
Identifying SMB whitespace, sales acceleration opportunities and maintaining an up-to-date view of SMB pipeline shape
Contribute to the overarching European SMB solution roadmap and SMB Hub knowledge by providing reporting and updates on client and market intelligence and feedback
Ensure market readiness / fit when new solutions or products are launched, and support the localisation of collateral and GTM
Partner with Visa marketing and consulting teams to develop and deliver internal and external education and marketing campaigns which build Visa’s SMB brand in cluster

QualificationsThe successful applicant will have extensive experience in SMB proposition development, sales or other client-facing rolesDeep knowledge of SMB/SME payments and global payment systems, preferably gained through working for a bank, Fintech or payments playerStrong commercial acumen with the desire to own and drive sales successStrong relationship skills and credibility to work with internal and external peers and more senior stakeholdersComfort working in a complex multicultural matrix environment and ability to work through changeA strong degree of self-direction and accountability with focus on deliveryHigh orientation towards teamwork, good attitude towards cross functional workingFluency in English with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
