As a Senior Software Development Manager in the Prime Video Subscriptions team, you will partner with peers and diverse stakeholders to establish and align on your team’s strategy to meet long-term business goals. You will structure and lead a team capable of building, solving and scaling problems, and oversee the planning, design and implementation of critical cross-team programs that drive business goals to acquire new customers. You lead or critically influence planning and foster best-in-class execution of all aspects of software execution, and establish process improvements and mechanisms to drive operational excellence.
