You will drive product or platform development from roadmap planning through engineering execution to production operations. While managing employees you will also get your hands dirty by executing actual engineering tasks.\nHow You’ll Grow\n\nDirect influence in growing and developing our EMEA Engineering function.\nOpportunity to collaborate as part of a Global Engineering team and have impact at a global scale.

\n\nOwn engineering roadmap for the product and work with stakeholders to build quarterly plans\nActively manage team or teams of employees, gathering and providing candid feedback, mentoring and coaching individuals and delegating appropriately\nInstill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work on timely schedules\nDrive planning meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers

\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume
\n\n15+ years of relevant experience\n5+ years of management experience\nExperience in hiring and managing teams of engineers\nProven track record of successful project planning and execution\nStrong algorithms, data structures and coding background\nDisciplined approach to testing and quality assurance\nExperience with web infrastructure and distributed systems\nExperience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documents, architecture reviews)\nStrong level of curiosity and interest to learn
