Job Description

The role involves leading a high-performing team of over five professionals specializing in speech analytics, focusing on developing strategies to maintain categories within speech analytics platforms. Key responsibilities include extracting actionable insights from complex data to produce detailed reports that inform business decisions, collaborating with stakeholders to implement scalable solutions, enhancing customer engagement, ensuring the quality and accuracy of project deliveries, and nurturing strong client relationships to align projects with client objectives. The ideal candidate should possess proven leadership in managing speech analytics teams, expertise in platforms like CallMiner, Verint, and NICE, strong analytical and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the organizational acumen to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high-performing team of 5+ professionals dedicated to speech analytics.Develop and oversee strategies for building and maintaining categories within speech analytics platforms.Extract actionable insights from complex data, ensuring the delivery of detailed reports that drive business decisions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges, implementing scalable solutions that improve customer engagement.Ensure the team's project delivery meets quality and accuracy standards, guiding them through each phase of the process.Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring project alignment with client goals and objectives.

Skills Required:

Proven leadership in managing teams with a focus on speech analytics.Deep expertise in platforms such as CallMiner, Verint, and NICE for category maintenance and data extraction.Exceptional analytical and project management abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective leadership and stakeholder engagement.Organizational acumen to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preferred five to nine years of experience in analytics or consulting.Demonstrated experience in leading and developing analytics-focused teams.
