WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Manager Central, Key Lifestyle Partners in order to grow and claim #1 market share within the central Lifestyle account portfolio, execute our sales strategy, lead a team of Sales Representatives, manage and grow partnerships.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Accountabilities : 
- Lead and develop team, account strategies, marketplace management and business ambitions in-line with the EMEA strategy. Own and lead the account relationship on CEO/ Director level
- Create and develop account specific strategies and drive implementation and action across the team, account and x-functionally.
- Plan accounts business: forecasts and scenario plans for the account using category, consumer, partner, brand and market place knowledge
- Manage the partners and the marketplace: Ensure best presentation of stories and products (digital & B&M) aligned with the Nike Sports Marketplace strategy. Obsess product launch journeys.
- Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution by managing the end to end business with the accounts.
- Drive accounts partnerships within CODE process, create right engagements / seasonal dates and gates.
- Responsible for performance management, resourcing, pay decisions for direct reports.

Deliverables : 
-    Implement MPU and Account strategies complimenting One Marketplace
-    Drive right assortment for your partner to contribute to the net revenue growth
-    Execute the Consumer Code with your account end
-    Be an effective team player & positive influence

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Senior Director Key Lifestyle Partners EMEA, you will be part of the MPU leadership team, working closely with cross functional leaders in order to implement and achieve the strategy. Managing a team of Account Executives and in close contact with internal stakeholders and external Partners, you’ll manage daily, mid and long term relationship needs. 

WHAT YOU BRING
•    Experience in Sales, Account management, Retail buying and/or Merchandising with high level of Marketplace expertise is very important for this role.
•    Experience in and through understanding of the Streetwear and Sneaker industry (product, retail, merchandising or sales) is a must!
•    A strong collaborative spirit who's to work with peers, cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business within a sophisticated matrix organizational set-up.
•    Strong business orientation, analytical approach and sales/retail metrics knowledge, with a consistent track record of driving business development / strategic projects.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate goals, objectives and strategy.
•    strong leadership skills able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the internal organization as well as external partners.
