YOUR ROLE Identify and cultivate relationships with influential hairdressers and industry thought leaders Develop a comprehensive influencer ecosystem and strategy across varying levels of ambassadors and influencers Manage celebrity stylist ambassadors, ensuring they meet contractual requirements while adhering to Henkel’s celebrity protocols Confidently lead campaigns across nano, micro, and macro influencers Continuously scout and assess new influencer talent, primarily hairstylists with some consumer engagement Negotiate contracts, recommend deliverables, and monitor contractual obligations Manage the influencer budget, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures, budget forecasting, monthly accruals, and quality control Provide ongoing evaluations of influencer deliverables, with reporting on influencer performance Supervise a small team of influencer marketers and manage relevant agencies and vendors Analyze campaign results to extract actionable insights, delivering reports and strategic recommendations for future initiatives Create and present influencer creative briefs and content guidelines Facilitate product seeding through regular mailers Oversee influencer onboarding and training, including new product education Maintain day-to-day communication with influencers, acting as the primary contact for any inquiries Lead brainstorming sessions for innovative content ideas that drive engagement through influencers and social campaigns Collaborate with digital, trade, and brand marketing teams to ensure influencer content aligns with broader marketing strategies and works effectively across all channels Keep the team informed about influencer trends, including rising stars, emerging trends, best practices, and new technologies YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer relations, or talent management Demonstrated ability to analyze data to meet KPIs Proven track record of elevating both brands and influencers; must be able to provide examples Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail A forward-thinking, structured communicator with dynamic energy Expertise with the latest tools and trends in influencer identification and social media, along with a proven ability to deploy strategic digital plans

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in social media management Expertise in overseeing multiple social media platforms Strong organizational skills with excellent time management Exceptional project management capabilities Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Track record of managing and optimizing influencer campaigns, including tracking success metrics Confident contributor in meetings, comfortable presenting internally and externally, and able to bring influencer-driven ideas to brainstorms and new business initiatives

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
