What you’ll be doing:
The Senior Manager and team will own the pricing and quoting tools and processes that support existing pricing teams and sellers.Identify opportunities to drive process improvement across the bid and renewal teams, with KPIs focused on win rates, profitability, and service levels.Will partner closely with bid and renewal teams and Sales teams to gain a deep understanding of current-state processes across use cases, identifying opportunities for standardization, automation and process change to deliver on KPIs.This role will have high visibility to senior Finance and Sales leadership, presenting recommendations and driving alignment.Will partner cross-functionally across Pricing, Sales, and Digital teams to analyze and adjust tools and processes in coordination with strategic priorities.Own PriceRight self-service quoting platform training and enhancements.Identify and prioritize key enhancements to bid and renewal tools & processes to drive KPIs.Drive alignment on strategy with senior leaders.Coordinate execution across Pricing, Sales, Product and Data teams.Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize business enhancements and address data issues.Oversee responsibilities, performance, and development of team.Own and develop cross-functional organization structure, driving crucial conversations as well as recognizing and rewarding success.Review and approve pay actions for direct and indirect reports.What you bring to the table:
Continuous improvement expertise that is grounded in experience evaluating and evolving complex business processes, preferably in a service model or B2B background with a preference for Lean, Kaizen or comparable frameworks.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent at strategic thinking, opportunity identification, and problem-solving.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent written/oral communication skills including ability to effectively leverage informal authority to drive alignment.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.Proven experience evaluating existing processes and identifying enhancement opportunities.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in analytical- and/or financial-based areas such as business, operations, accounting, or economics desirable and/or MBA desirable or equivalent work experience.8+ years of experience in pricing, operations, or a related field.3+ years of experience in B2B distribution environment or comparable service center work.3+ years of supervisory/management experience.What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
