QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required PMP or equivalent project management certification Work Experience: 10+ years relevant experience with planning and leading programs/multiple projects and teams. Experience working at the "C" level Possess deep domain expertise across portfolio management and delivery methodologies Experience in leading Program Management resources in a Professional Services industry. Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience Managing and guiding the careers of senior level employees Deep knowledge of WWT’s Integrated Management Leadership Strong leadership skills with ability to develop talent, identify and cultivate essential skills and attributes to maximize individual contribution and engagement  Extensive knowledge of technologies and deployment practices Excellent understanding of financial processes -- P&L and financial management Experience with creating proposals, budgets, SOWs, and Levels-of-Effort Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement change Working Conditions: 30% - 50% travel required Ability to work across multiple time zones
