Senior Manager, Strategic Response Governance
The Role
The Business Execution and Controls team within Fidelity Digital Assets is looking for a senior manager to provide analysis and day-to-day management of a range of business operations programs and participate in development of new programs as determined by the ever-growing business.
A key area of focus is the fulfilment of requests from clients and prospects in support of the Client Service, Sales, Operations, and Management teams. This role will play a key part in the successful management of content, process, delivery and communication related to all Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Due Diligence requests (DD), quarterly, monthly client/consultant/auditor questionnaires and ad hoc requests. A successful candidate will develop and use their knowledge of the Fidelity Digital Assets business and products to provide support and successfully respond to the requests.
The senior manager will also support cross-functional initiatives and programs as needed and serve as a key resource for analytics, logistics, and data management for core control programs such as operational incident management, process redesign, and product implementations.

A linear mentality with the ability to adapt and iterate. An effective project manager able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a passion for quality, customer experience and efficiency. A true collaborator able to build strong relationships and consensus across multiple levels of an organization while influencing and driving delivery to and from senior leaders.
