Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Insights and steering
- Provide forecasts, insights, and recommendations for Lazada retail’s KPIs, key battles, and initiatives
- Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks
- Design and maintain reports integral for daily business operations
- Critique current operating procedures and provide change recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency Strategy, Planning, and Priorities management
- Scope, plan, and execute project plans in varying degrees of independence
- Develop and maintain operating procedures, contingencies, and process improvements
- Understand frequency Lazada’s retail business and operations holistically. Pay attention to the rationale, value, design, and impact of each execution through research writing, data analyses, and solution proposals
- Drive initiatives to success – be hands-on, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and analytical with each engagement. Being a thought partner, and a collaborator
- Be a strong collaborator with local and regional teammates and stakeholders
- Work as a thought partner with other teams to engage on areas of opportunities
