Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive GrabFood's growth and market share in IndonesiaAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threatsLead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives and projectsCreate and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and support decision-makingCollaborate with regional and territory teams to align local strategies with overall company objectivesConduct regular performance reviews and optimize operations based on data-driven insightsPresent strategic recommendations and performance reports to senior leadershipFoster innovation and continuous improvement within the GrabFood Indonesia teamQualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field preferred7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of successful strategy implementationIn-depth knowledge of the food delivery industry and Indonesian market dynamicsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence toolsExcellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teamsOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry is highly desirableDemonstrated leadership abilities and a strategic mindsetProficiency in market research and competitive analysis techniquesAdditional InformationLife at Grab
