The SR Manager, Subcontracts position leads and directs experienced exempt and non-exempt contributors on the Military Avionics Subcontracts Team. The acquisition value stream includes requirements definition, sourcing, negotiation and definitization, acceptance and subcontract close-out. Experience or understanding of Earned Value Management (EVMS) principles and Risk Identification and Management.Preferred Additional Skills:
