Main Responsibilities:

Participate in the setting of main logistics KPIs, follow upon performance and support of plants to meet the targets. Sharing and implementing best business practices in logistics field. Flawless launches and balance out. Standardization of logistics processes (IOS, YFIMS), identification and promotion of Best Business Practices Continuous improvement: supply chain management processes.

Business Operating System (BOS): Understand, apply and meet all function-relatedBOS requirements. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements. ERP knowledge. Compliance: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Compliance requirements Information Security: Understand,apply and meet all function-related IT / Information Security and confidentiality of YFAI information requirements. Transport – Packaging – Layout management. CI mindset.

Education:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or another technical field. 

Work experience:

Minimum 5 years experiencein automotive industry in supply chain management positions. Candidate must have experience in plant logistics.  Must possess excellent communications skills have and the ability to work effectively with all other functional groups throughout the organization Theywill need to be able to command respect and trust above their position.  They will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills that will enable them to lead, motivate and get results in a matrix organization.  The candidate will be required to think strategically toadapt to changing environments. The person will need to have excellent analytical skills in order to problem solve and implement permanent corrective action.  The person will need excellent project management skills to ensure the execution of many of these projects, simultaneously. 

Requirements:

Travel to customer, Company manufacturing sites, and supplier sites may be involved based on business needs.
