Job Description Summary:
The European Beverage Supply (EBS) Supply Chain Senior Manager is responsible to support the execution of the EBS business plan. S/He is responsible to ensure flawless supply chain and quality operations of selected products in the European territory. S/He is responsible for day to day operations and first line of contact for CPS, suppliers, bottlers and Manufacturers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy and Business Performance
Responsible to support the EBS annual business plan in alignment with European OU strategic initiativesResponsible to execute on the Pan-European product demand fulfilment strategy for defined product categories and SKUs (planning, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution) in alignment with BU and bottler prioritiesSupports the management of business performance indicators (SC, QSE, costs...)Quality & Food Safety
Ensures KO requirements are implemented and respected across the supply chain specifically with Manufacturers.Addresses all changes in raw materials, processes, infrastructure and organization thru impact assessment and propose changes to existing governance model to the BU teamsSupports the trouble shooting and IMCR resolution.Works together with other Quality departments in Europe and Global.Co- manufacturer Management
Acts as operational contact to new and existing co- manufacturers. Builds and maintains strong operational relationship across all management levels of selected ManufacturersManagement and review of compliance to Co- manufacturer Handbook and Food Safety and Quality agreementsFinance and Cost Management
Monitoring and assessment of SC costs and supports changes and optimizationsPeople Leadership and Stakeholder Management

Technical

Minimum of 5 years of relevant functional experience in the beverage and/or food industry with operational expertise in the bottling environment. Functional expertise in either QSE or E2E Supply Chain areas. Experience in Bottling, Canning or FMCG operations. Innovation, Environment, Auditing is an added advantage.
Education
Degree in Science: Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Supply ChainFluent in English and min one local languageCultural Diversity
