About The Role Lead the operational Supply Chain for the division Nutrition & Health in Asia and a diverse team across Asia responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer order fulfilment and availability in the region.How You Will Do Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, especially in Sales, Global Production Planning, Delivery Services and external service providers, to align service quality in Asia with overall business objectives.Manage operational processes within the business unit and ensure compliance with quality standards.Ensure high service quality through continuous improvement of processes, with focus on Demand Validation and Order-to-Delivery execution together with the Sales and Regional Supply Chain peers globally.Lead the digital and organizational transformation for the Supply Chain in Asia in alignment with the broader business and company objectives as part of a Global Supply Chain Leadership team.Implementing training and digital upskilling for employees while inspiring and guiding the team to foster high performance and a positive work atmosphere as part of a winning culture.Analyses performance metrics and cost trends in your area of responsibility, deriving actionable steps for continuous improvement and efficiency.
