**About the Role**
We are seeking a sharp, analytical and highly-organized individual to lead fleet performance & scale the Driver Growth charter across India SA. The ideal candidate will collaborate very closely with Internal and External stakeholders to shape, drive, and execute programs around Driver Supply across the region. We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Sr Manager with an "owner" mindset, to help build and scale world-class programs and processes.

**What the Candidate Will Do**
1. Build processes & partnerships to Source Drivers at scale and establish Driver Sourcing as a core Capability for the Organization. Own critical fleet partner relationships and closely manage Fleet performance, Driver & Vehicle Growth to maximize the benefit of fleets to the platform.
2. Continuously identify and implement efficiencies in fleet ops, including Cost of Supply acquisition, increased asset utilization, and lower opex cost opportunities. Cultivate a highly successful and engaged KAM team through hands-on coaching and by building a deep understanding of the fleet business.
3. Standardize and streamline operational processes to ensure scalability and efficiency. Continuously analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement actionable solutions. Prepare and give business reviews to Uber senior management, Skillfully manage multiple projects while embracing the fast pace of our company
4. Collaborate daily with Fleets to identify business problems or opportunities & solve these in a timely and process-oriented manner. Work closely with the global fleet, product and tech teams to ensure appropriate tools and tech are built to manage fleet businesses.
5. Support the growth of strategic bets that are being incubated or require strategic thinking and support across the region.
**What the Candidate Will Need**
1. 5+ years of General Management experience - preferably having led Supply Growth charter across big organisations. Solid understanding of the blue-collar hiring ecosystem in India.
2. Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong project management skills - the ability to prioritize and successfully drive a project end to end.
3. Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders (Internal & External) but also be able to roll up sleeves and get into the details and execution. Strong analytical and technical expertise, as well as presentation and operational skills.
4. Data-driven decision making mentality and sound business acumen through strong analytical thinking. Exceptional written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
5. Willingness to travel across India (20% travel expected). Comfortable with analytically heavy topics: SQL ability a plus.
