Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in information technology, engineering, math, computer science, analytics, or other related field)7 years of combined experience in data engineering, ingestion, normalization, alignment, transformation, aggregation, modeling, and storage7 years of experience leading complex data projects and programs7 years of experience leading concurrent data analytics initiatives with minimal guidance5 years of experience in managing large healthcare data assets using SQL or Python or other similar querying/coding languageExperience building supporting data pipelines that power analytical content within common reporting and business intelligence platforms (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.)Experience developing and integrating data science insights models is preferredExperience contributing to cross-functional efforts, with proven success in creating healthcare insightsExperience supporting need for investments in data management to business leadersDepth of experience and proven track record creating and maintaining sophisticated data frameworks for healthcare organizations is preferredAdvanced degrees or certifications (preferably in information technology, engineering, math, computer science, analytics, engineering or other related field) is preferredAbility to influence and align cross functional partners towards overall business objectives while understanding and respecting individual business objectives.Willingness to travel up to 10%The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
