Senior Manager, Systems and Support

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Manager to lead our European IT operations and support functions in a fast-paced, international environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT support and engineering teams, managing multi-site office IT infrastructures, driving IT systems projects, and ensuring the reliability of IT services across multiple European locations. Team & Support Management:Lead and manage a diverse IT support team, including 3 support engineers (including apprentices) and 2 IT systems engineers based in Paris.Maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and professional development within the IT department.Provide technical guidance and escalation support to ensure timely issue resolution for internal stakeholders.Operational Oversight:Oversee IT operations across multiple European offices, including Paris, Dublin, London, Ghent, Madrid, Berlin, and Munich.Act as the primary point of contact for IT support and system reliability for brands such as  Meetic, Tinder and Match.Ensure the 24/7 reliability and availability of IT systems and services.Project Management:Lead IT systems engineering projects from conception to deployment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.Develop and execute plans to upgrade infrastructure and implement new technologies.Vendor & Budget Management:Manage relationships with IT suppliers for hardware procurement (laptops, servers) and software contract negotiations.Oversee and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective and strategic allocation of resources.Strategic & International Collaboration:Work closely with international teams in the Americas and APAC to align IT strategies and ensure global systems compatibility.Collaborate with internal business functions to understand their needs and develop tailored IT solutions.Required Soft Skills & Experience:Proven experience in IT management, team leadership, and project delivery within an international environment.Expertise in managing IT infrastructure and systems across multiple locations.Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.Fluency in French and English is mandatory.Experience working with global stakeholders across time zones.Experience with IT vendor management and budget oversight.Required Technical Skills & Experience:Administration in complex multi-brand: Okta architecture (HRIS provisioning, hub/spoke model), Google Workspace, JAMF, Slack, Workspace OneWhat we offer:Operate in an international and multicultural environmentA gorgeous working environment in the heart of Paris, spacious and modern office, rooftop, close to transport and amenitiesMany quality moments of sharing: office activities, summer party, team buildingsCompetitive package in line with the marketEnjoy work-life balanceEdenred lunch vouchersClasspass gym discountsPremium healthcare coverage with WTWUse our products free of charge
