Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will partner with various business lines and functional areas to provide strategic recruiting services, ensuring that our talent acquisition programs maximize visibility and result in high-quality hires. You will play a critical role in assessing candidates, coaching hiring managers, and staying current with recruitment trends to build a robust talent pipeline.

Position Responsibilities:

Partner with lines of business and functional areas to provide strategic recruiting services to ensure that the company’s recruiting programs maximize visibility and result in high-quality hires.

Assess candidates using behavioral-based interviewing to ensure top-quality talent is selected.

Coach hiring managers on the recruiting process, interview techniques, and selection criteria.

Coach and provide direction to other talent acquisition specialists as required.

Stay current on recruitment trends by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts in the industry, participating in industry events, and professional associations.

Partner with management in the proactive sourcing of talent for critical skill areas to build a talent pipeline.

Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent, both passive and active.

Internally market our services to employees and managers, promoting our value add and expertise.

Drive the candidate selection process and ensure managers have the tools needed to select the most qualified candidate.

Ensure all staffing processes are fair and equitable and comply with all relevant government regulations.

Manage and/or participate in projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

7-10 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for candidates who have a blend of in-house and agency experience.

Strong direct sourcing skills, with experience using alternative sourcing methods, including social media and networking tools.

Proven ability to source for senior-level and technical positions.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead recruitment process improvement projects.

Ability to consult with internal and external clients, providing business solutions while managing multiple and shifting priorities.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach.

Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Customer-centric attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
