The Senior Manager, Technical Delivery, will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technical delivery of cloud-based software solutions to our clients. This leadership role requires a strong technical background in SaaS environments, cloud technologies, and project management. You will be leading a team of engineers and consultants and collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of software products while maintaining a client-centric focus.

What you will do:
Lead a technical delivery organization comprised of both integration and data migration teams, managing the managers of these teams and having ultimate accountability for the success of these teams.
Leadership of all resources in the global technical organization, including integration engineers, data engineers, and technical consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture where team members are motivated, aligned, and empowered to succeed.
Manage resource allocation and staffing, ensuring the right skills are applied to the right client engagements.
Provide leadership during client project escalations, ensuring issues are addressed swiftly and effectively.
Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of client projects, from scoping and design to implementation and post-launch support, ensuring that all technical deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with client expectations.
Collaborate closely with broader services team leadership, project managers, product managers, and client success teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration with client systems.
Provide hands-on technical leadership when needed, such as troubleshooting complex issues, guiding technical teams through challenging problems, or reviewing code and configurations.
Continuously evaluate and improve technical delivery processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and improve overall quality of service.
Establish and maintain technical delivery frameworks and methodologies to ensure a consistent and predictable approach to client implementations.
Stay current on emerging SaaS trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate new techniques and solutions into technical client delivery.
Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, providing project updates, risk assessments, and success metrics.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in SaaS professional services, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing technical delivery.
Strong experience with cloud-based solutions, integrations, and technical delivery in a professional services capacity.
Proven experience managing and delivering complex cloud-based software projects.
Strong background in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Dell Boomi, Google Cloud), software architecture, and SaaS delivery models.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and balance competing priorities effectively.
