We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Technical Production to enhance our messaging through impactful audio-visual experiences during live events and in studio-produced content. As the Senior Manager, you will supervise and guide our AV team, leveraging your expertise in all major technical aspects of live, event, and studio video production. Your role will involve collaborating with our events and infrastructure teams to deliver world-class AV experiences, maintaining high standards of exceptional quality and service across all platforms at our headquarters, from intimate in-house meetings to large-scale productions, and overseeing our state-of-the-art studio and team creating a wide range of content for the entire organization. If you have the skills to lead a team of AV professionals and can effectively partner with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class experiences, we encourage you to apply today!Your Responsibilities IncludeLead and manage a team of AV professionals, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.Oversee AV support for internal meetings, headquarters-hosted events, and external company-sponsored events.Plan, design, and implement audio-visual systems, balancing high-tech and practical solutions.Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.Develop and maintain standard specifications for AV equipment for functionality and cost-effectiveness.Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues during live events.Create and maintain documentation for all AV systems, including designs and user guides.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative AV solutions.Lead the in-house studio team, managing production schedules, equipment maintenance, and quality control.Ensure efficient workflow between the studio team and other departments requiring AV content.Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the OrganizationMinimum 10 years of experience in AV technical roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.Strong knowledge of current AV technologies, including studio infrastructure, projection systems, audio systems, video conferencing, and digital signage.Experience in delivering world-class AV experiences for various event scales and types.Firm understanding of networking principles as they relate to AV systems.Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.Proficiency in studio production, including lighting, video and audio recording, distribution, ingest, and editing.Experience managing a professional studio environment and production team.Familiarity with event management processes and integrating AV requirements with overall event logistics.What We OfferA meaningful career where your work will improve the lives of millions of AmericansA vision-driven organization of over 1,000 employees across the country who are dedicated to improving the lives of othersCompetitive salaries and bonuses.
