Senior Manager, Technical Project Management

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and curious Financial Coordinator to join the E2E Service Orchestration team. This individual will lead financial management, project management, and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and analyze finances for the division's portfolio to ensure strict adherence to budgets and financial targets.Establish and uphold strategies for effective financial management.Managing vendor relationships and contract management..Engage with team members to foster a collaborative and exciting environment.Liaise with diverse groups of stakeholders and senior leadership to coordinate efforts.

Proven experience in financial and project managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for collaborating with others and the capability to inspire and motivate the team.Fearlessness when navigating through ambiguityAbility to work with diverse groups of stakeholders at various levelsAbility to coordinate and liaise effectively with senior leadership members

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field or 5-7 years of related experience.

Proven experience in portfolio management with a focus on financial tracking and analysis.Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and motivating a team.Proficiency in financial analysis tools, such as Excel, and knowledge of financial management software.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
