JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Test Solution Engineering Senior Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team in the development, debug, and maintenance of test programs that enable the testing of High Bandwidth Memory. Your focus is on support R&D, interacting closely with global teams, as well as taking part in the designing and debugging of test hardware. In this position, you will constantly learn new device specifications and operations in order to develop efficient and innovative solutions of production test flows thru test algo optimization.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in semiconductor engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Up-to-date knowledge of the industry.Proven track record in technical mentorship and leadership.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Familiarity with new products introduction process.Flexibility to work across global time zones is required.Exposure to working on high-volume distributed systems.RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Lead and Direct the Team in Developing Test Plans for All Products for the Responsible Area
Ensure inputs are gathered from PE, Fab and AssemblyEnsure the group can demonstrate a thorough understanding of the device/part as it applies to device/part testingEnsure time to market requirements are supportedEnsure all necessary Hardware is ordered as required for first siliconSupport for Satellite HBM Test Operations as requiredEnsure that requirements for test plans are defined, including but not limited to hardware requirements, defect coverage, process flow, and test timesDevelop Test Programs for products in the given areaDebug device issues and provide feedback to business partnersDevelop experiments with business partners to improve yield and overall part performanceEvaluate and review Design for Test (DFT)Performs Cost Analysis at timely mannerDemonstrate good understanding and application of department processes, tools and systemsLead and Direct the Team in Delivering the Highest Quality Product to Our Customers
Ensure all test programs, scripts, and any other software adhere to the release quality standardsSupport customer and internal auditsStandardize methods and processes across areas, departments, and sites as appropriateGenerate supporting dataCommunicate effectively with both internal and external customers
