The Senior Manager, Communications Public Affairs is primarily responsible for providing effective strategic counsel, as well as leading and implementing communications and public affairs activities, including issues management and policy communications, in our Innovative Medicine business in Canada. In this role, the individual will lead and support the development and execution of integrated and multidisciplinary strategies to make business conditions more amenable to the company’s objectives while addressing issues related to our footprint and priorities in key therapeutic areas, in addition to other accountabilities as assigned.
This role reports to the Director, Communications and Public Affairs Canada. The position will work closely with colleagues across the department, in Canada and internationally, and in close partnership with the Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Market Access, Government Affairs and Commercial teams.
