Senior Manager, Total Rewards

This position supports the Company’s Total Rewards programs with a strong focus on executive, broad-based, and equity compensation, reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards.

What You'll Be Doing Analyze compensation policies, regulations, and labor market trends to develop compensation plans and programs that ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. Play a key role in the annual compensation review planning process to include base pay and short-term incentives. Administration of our equity compensation programs through Global Shares for the Company and E*TRADE for the Company’s public affiliate. Play a key role in the public affiliate Company’s proxy development process, responsible for proxy table preparation and annual executive compensation audit engagement with Internal Audit Prepares materials for compensation committees of the Company and the Company’s public affiliate. Evaluate pay for executives and top management and perform benchmark analysis to ensure that salary and incentive packages are competitive. Support the annual Board of Directors compensation process. Provide analytics and support in all aspects of broad-based, executive, and equity compensation. Collaborate with legal and finance to provide data and help prepare compensation-related materials. Perform ad hoc analysis and planning to continuously improve our compensation programs and processes. Leads and directs the work of a Compensation Analyst to ensure the efficient operation of the compensation function. May support other Total Rewards related activities as needed. What You'll Bring Between 6-8 years of broad-based compensation, executive compensation and/or stock plan administration experience required. Experience with stock plan administration systems such as Morgan Stanley at Work (E*TRADE), Global Shares, or Computershare required. Ability to foster teamwork within the Total Rewards team and cross-collaboratively across departments. Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, with a strong emphasis on statistical analysis, is required. Must have strong qualitative and analytical thinking skills and the ability to prepare and analyze statistical reports. Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through significant attention to detail and strong auditing skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills essential to interact with internal and external contacts at all levels of the organization. Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion and confidentiality as well as exercise good judgment and integrity in day-to-day decisions. What Would Be Nice Previous experience with SEC filings, specifically Form 4s and 10-Ks highly preferred. Experience with a Human Resources Information System’s (HRIS) such as Success Factors or UKG Ready preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university preferred. Professional certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, or CEP) preferred. Energy industry experience preferred.
