We are looking for an exceptional learning professional to join the Risk and Regulatory Training Team. This role provides the opportunity to manage a portfolio of risk-related learning projects from kick off to post-implementation. Responsibilities include scoping training requirements, project management, -and leading training projects from analysis through post implementation. You will do this by partnering with key stakeholders to implement appropriate learning solutions that grow risk management knowledge and skills for all employees and support regulatory and risk management requirements.

 

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success working with cross-functionally with partners to drive and manage the design and implementation of foundational and role based trainings, knowledge of risk management and /or experience delivering risk management trainings is a preferred.

 

 

What You’ll Do

The Big Picture

Work collaboratively to deliver a portfolio of risk management trainings for personnel that prepare employees to mitigate risk at the firm and ensure we remain the most trusted leader in investment services through best in class risk management. Leverage learning delivery platforms to enhance training offerings and continuously improve training content based on learner and leader feedback.Demonstrates effective judgment in determining the methods, techniques and approaches for obtaining results.Act as a change agent to manage change across the businessDeliver superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and effectively communicate with leadership and cross-functional team membersAnticipate and resolve problems under your own initiatives and projects while also working in a collaborative team environmentEmbrace, pivot and shift focus based on changing priorities and/or the business environment and champion innovative ideas.

Learning Solution Analysis & Strategy

 

Lead and collaborate on the analysis and design of learning strategies and solutionsDraft and monitor Program Plans that address short and long-term needs, and achieve desired objectives

Learning Design & Development

 

Lead working sessions with knowledge partners to identify and organize learning content that aligns with the strategyDesign learning content and collaborating with business teams to gain agreementCollaborate with the Instructional Design team on the final development of training content using available learning technologiesDrive review and approval processes on final training products

Project Management

 

Lead training projects associated with the team’s deliverablesDrive to successful execution of project tasks and deliverablesDevelop and execute on project plans, using various software and applicationsCoordinate and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and tracking action items

Reporting Analytics, Training Strategy & Business Planning

 

Support internal workflows and processesBuild roadmaps to aid in capacity planning, prioritization and strategy decision makingProvide status reportsUse data to identify areas of opportunity and implement solutions for reducing cycle-time and drive efficiency across processesCoordinate evidence and documentation in order support and respond to audit and examination requests

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of learning & development or technical training experience2+ years of project managementExcellent understanding of adult learning principlesExcellent visualization and presentation skills with the ability to inform and persuade both verbally and writtenYou embrace and face change head-on and champion a growth mindsetExpert proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio; working knowledge of SharePoint and learning management platformsSelf-motivated, able to bring projects to conclusion within established timeframesBA/BS degree

 

Preferred Qualifications:
